How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To

Say you send a request after dinner. Soon a provider reaches out. The voice you hear is not from Speakerexpect Tree Service. It is an independent provider in our network, or someone from that provider's office. They run their own business and do their own tree work.

We do not list staff or profiles here. What matters is the provider you speak with and what they put in writing.

What Happens in the Conversation

Expect a short, practical chat. The provider will likely ask:

  • Where is the tree, and how big is it?
  • What is it near, such as a roof, a fence, a pool cage or power lines?
  • Is anything already damaged?
  • When would you like the work done?

Have your photos and notes ready before you talk. It saves time for you and for them. Some providers want to visit the property before they give a firm price. Others can give a rough range from photos.

What to Ask a Provider

A few questions make a big difference:

  • Can I see proof of insurance and any required licenses?
  • Will you give me a written quote? What does it cover?
  • Does the price include hauling away the wood and cleaning up?
  • Is stump grinding part of the quote, or a separate line?
  • How will you protect my roof, lawn and fence?
  • What is your timing, and what could change it?

Typical U.S. tree removal costs vary a lot by size, access and risk, so a written quote matters more than any average.

You Are in Control

You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. You can pick a day that fits school runs, work shifts and quiet hours. Busy households often get a smoother job when they ask the provider how long the crew will be on site and where they will park.

If you plan to contact your insurer, keep your photos, notes and the written quote together. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
